The new exhibition “Science on Your Plate” at the Mühlerama Museum takes visitors on the journey of our food. Different stops along the way focus on how the cultivation, processing and consumption of food affects the environment and our health. The exhibition seeks answers to one of the most difficult questions: How do we feed a growing world population?Learn more →
Adjustment of raw material prices and additional expense Corona
As of 1.1.2022, we are taking the liberty of slightly increasing our sales prices due to the rising purchase prices of food and the increased costs of cleaning and hygiene measures.
We hope for your understanding and thank you already for your loyalty.
See you soon in the mill!
We carry a wide range of flours from different grains - but not only! In the museum store you will find kitchen articles, baking and cooking books, snacks, games, Gschänkli and much more.
And of course we also offer vouchers (for museum, store, courses).
Selected flours are available in the following branches of Buchmann Beck: Binz, Hubertus, Max Bill (Oerlikon), Rieterplatz, Seefeld and at the Walter!
Baking and Cooking School
We not only knead dough and heat up the oven, but also sharpen knives and swing the wooden spoons.
