Mezze is more than food — it’s a tradition of gathering, sharing, and cooking across memory and place. Basma & Grazia invite you to an evening exploring the world of Palestinian mezze with delicate Italian touches.
Together, we’ll prepare the most iconic Palestinian bread, Kae'k al Quds (also known as Jerusalem bagel), alongside a curated selection of seasonal small plates. We’ll craft dips and vegetables layered with flavour and memory. Throughout the evening, we’ll share the stories behind the dishes, tracing their roots from the olive groves of Palestine to the coastal kitchens of Naples.
We’ll close the night by sitting down together to enjoy the full meal we’ve prepared — no hierarchy, no rush, just warmth and the joy of eating together. Basma & Grazia bring together the soul-deep traditions of Palestinian and Neapolitan cuisines — rooted in shared culture, deep memory, and the universal language of food.
