In their courses, they’ll treat us to unapologetic pasta worship and recipes that bounce between Italian classics and «did-we-just-invent-that?» twists, and a sprinkling of our trademark kitchen sass, the same irresistible energy showcased in their debut book.

Don’t expect to make the usual pasta. Expect to go home with real technique, a pinch of unexpected ingredients, and definitely the skills to pull off a handmade pasta dish in your own kitchen, flexing hard because yes, you made it from scratch.
