Gourmet Pizza Workshop

In the last twenty years, Pizza has developed a new identity and is now both: simple street food and the gourmets choice. Apart form eating pizza you in this Workshop you will

  • Getting to know the napoli and roman style pizza dough.
  • Learn how to choose and outsource the right ingredients and toppings.
  • Learn why to retard dough in the fridge. 
  • Learn how to shape and flatten pizza dough by hand.
  • Getting to know two different approaches to pizza dough: Kneading or not kneading?
  • Learn about baking techniques.

This workshop will be held in english.
