Mediterranean and Arabic Flatbreads

For thousand of years flat­breads were and are the most common bread in many cultures across the world. Just think of the flat­breads all over Middle East and South Asia, mainly used as edible dish (think about pizza) or edible cutlery. In this workshop you’ll learn how to bake a range of both leavened and unlea­vened flat­breads from Naan to Pita Bread (Arabic bread) and Chapati; kneading, shaping and baking them. Loads of fun and a deli­cious tasting is granted, pairing each bread with a variety of Levant mezze. 
This workshop is suitable for all levels of expe­rience and will be held in English
