Do you want to learn how to make homemade bread from scratch? Learn about the first steps into bread baking, find out how to handle dough and connect to the local bread culture. You will learn different ways how to bake rustic bread with local grown and milled flour and how to braid the famous Swiss breakfast Zopf and other patterns. Dig your hands into the dough and get rewarded with beautiful handmade bread loafs and take away some new baking skills. The course will be held in English.
